This site is a tribute to Margaret Ann Phipps (nee Chapman) of Stroud who passed away at home on the 3rd January 2018 aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Frederick and mother to Jeannette, John, Shirleen and the late Bryan. Much loved grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
